The National Association of Social Workers awarded the Talk Therapy TV show an NASW Media Award for best portrayal of social workers on TV.  The award was earned after hundreds voted online and overwhelmingly chose Talk Therapy TV for it's outstanding work in raising public awareness and understanding of mental illnesses and addictions.  Thanks to all of our wonderful viewers whose feedback and votes made this possible.

NAMI Long Island/Queens Walk on Jones Beach

Talk Therapy TV is proud to be a presenting sponsor of the 2012 NAMI Long Island/Queens Area Walk for mental health awareness.  The walk will take place on May 5, 2012 at the beautiful Jones Beach and we are looking forward to a great day of awareness, hope, and inspiration.  The day will include children's activities, a 5k walk, and a health and wellness fair.
