When does Talk Therapy Television air?
A schedule of upcoming broadcast dates is available by clicking on the schedule tab.  Currently a new episode of Talk Therapy Television airs every Friday at 8:30 PM.  Additionally, each episode of Talk Therapy Television is rebroadcast the following Thursday at 1:00 PM so that everyone has an opportunity to view them. 

What channel does Talk Therapy Television broadcast on?
Talk Therapy Television is broadcast on Queens Public Television (QPTV) on Time Warner Cable, Verizon FIOS, and RCN reaching approximately 1 million households in New York City. 
Channel 34: Time Warner Cable: Channel 34       Verizon FIOS: Channel 34       RCN: Channel 82
Channel 56: Time Warner Cable: Channel 56       Verizon FIOS: Channel 36       RCN: Channel 84

If I don't live in Queens is there a way that I can watch the show?
Yes.  If you live in another borough of New York City, it is still likely that you receive QPTV on the channels listed above.  Additionally, we have now added broadcast times in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Long island.  If you live anywhere else, then unfortunately at this time you can only view the show online after it premieres on air.  Click here to browse through our online archives and watch all previously aired episodes of Talk Therapy TV in full length on demand.  But don't worry we hope to increase our broadcast area pretty soon.  Additionally, stay tuned for the news, we plan to announce large increases in our broadcast area very soon.

Who is Talk Therapy Television meant for?
Talk Therapy Television is meant for individuals with mental illness, their family and friends, or anyone else who would like to learn more about mental illness and treatment options.

Are there commercials during the show?
No.  Talk Therapy Television is completely commercial free.  However, sponsorship opportunities are available.

How can I get involved?

What is the goal of Talk Therapy Television?
The goal of Talk Therapy Television is to promote the proper treatment of mental illness.  Talk Therapy Television provides educational information to the public about warning signs and symptoms of mental illness and the treatment options that are available.
